GUEST ACCESS

During your stay, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the home’s guest accommodations, private swimming pool, and outdoor living areas. There are no shared resort amenities or community pools.

Parking: The paved driveway accommodates up to four registered vehicles, provided all vehicles fit entirely within the driveway. Street parking and garage parking are not available.

Certain designated owner storage and mechanical areas remain locked and are not included in the rental.

Convenient contactless check-in allows you to settle in and begin enjoying your vacation without an in-person key exchange.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We want every guest to know what to expect so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Check-in and checkout: Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
Guest verification: A signed rental agreement, identification verification, and registration of all guests are required at least seven days before check-in.
Occupancy: The home provides sleeping accommodations for 11 guests. Maximum approved property occupancy is 14, subject to the rental agreement and applicable regulations. All guests must be registered.
Smoke-free property: Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors and outdoors, including the pool and patio areas.
Neighborhood: Located in a residential community. Parties and events are prohibited, and guests must observe local noise ordinances.
Security: Exterior cameras monitor the entrance, driveway, and backyard. There are no interior cameras.
Routine property care: Professional pool, landscaping, pest control, trash, and exterior maintenance services may occur during your stay. Authorized providers may access outdoor areas, including the fenced backyard.
Starter essentials: Complimentary starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.
