Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

For your convenience, the Condo comes with a large utility room equipped with a large new capacity washer and dryer and many other conveniences.

Boardwalk Resort Access: Each booking includes one vehicle pass and up to 8 wristbands. Children age 6 and under do not require wristbands. Guests needing additional passes or bands may purchase them directly from Security upon arrival.
