- Guest Room 1. Twin over Full bunk bed with a twin trundle, plus access to a shared full bathroom. Also features a smart tv.
- Guest Room 2. Perfect for kids or additional guests, this room features twin-over-twin bunk beds and sleeps 4, making it a great lounge space for the kids.

🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.51 mi (11 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1.07 mi (22 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access — but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.
- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.28 mi (26 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.
