When designing a home to be perched on one of the world's most beautiful beaches, the home itself must be an exquisite companion to its breathtaking surroundings. And that’s precisely what’s occurred at Oasis Cottage & Carriage House. Not only is this a luxurious haven filled to the brim with every amenity and modern delight, but this home was also built to take full advantage of its sumptuous coastal location, boasting gorgeous balconies and showstopping views at nearly every turn. Open the door to Oasis Cottage & Carriage House, and prepare to immerse yourself in complete beachfront nirvana.

Our tour begins in the main home, where an open-concept living and dining space boasts two walls of windows and glass doors looking out over the turquoise Gulf of Mexico. Neutral furnishings in shades of gray, cream, and driftwood allow the magnificent view to take center stage. The living room space features a modern gas fireplace, a large HDTV, exposed beams, and wide plank floors. Nearby, the formal dining space has some of the best views in the home, plus a convenient wet bar. Open the doors to the outdoor balcony, where you can relax to the sound of the waves, feel the sea breeze on your skin, and bask in the light from the pastel sunset each night while you sip a glass of wine.

The crisp white kitchen includes an iconic Wolf gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a premier coffee maker. Custom cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling, and thoughtful design details include classic subway tiles and vintage-inspired pendant lights over the island.

Four guest bedrooms feature king-size beds, HDTVs, and attached bathrooms with step-in showers. A clever kid's room includes built-in full-size bunk beds, one trundle, and an attached full bathroom. Upstairs on the top floor, a show-stopping primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, wet bar, and two oceanside balconies where you can watch the waves during the day or the twinkling stars at night. The primary ensuite bathroom includes a separate soaking tub and step-in shower.

Nestled between Oasis Cottage and Oasis Carriage House is a picture-perfect courtyard built for entertaining. The courtyard leads directly to the Carriage House, where you’ll find a separate apartment with a full kitchen, living area, laundry, bedroom, and bathroom. It’s an ideal spot for older children, in-laws, or couples to find a bit of privacy.

The magnificent location of Oasis Cottage & Carriage House places you steps away from the boardwalk that leads directly down to the sugary white sand of the beach. Spend your day soaking up the sunshine and your evenings taking romantic walks along the shoreline. When you want to explore the charming Rosemary Beach village, the shops and restaurants are only moments away.
