Sleeping up to 16 guests, this beach house features three king bedrooms, a spacious bunk room, a private rooftop deck with peekaboo Gulf views and sunsets, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and reconnect.

WHY GUESTS LOVE THE SALTY BLUE

The Salty Blue combines the comforts of home with the fun of a beach getaway. Enjoy three private king suites, a third-floor bunk room and game loft, a rooftop deck with peekaboo Gulf views, private balconies, and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day in the sand. Entertainment includes arcade games, a foosball/pool combo table, board games, puzzles, books, and darts. Outside, gather around the fire pit, fire up the electric Blackstone griddle, or challenge your crew to cornhole and Giant Jenga.

Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout the home, a fully equipped kitchen, a third-floor kitchenette, a full-size washer and dryer, and private parking for up to three vehicles. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the provided highchair and one Graco Pack 'n Play. Beach toys and gear may be available depending on availability. Best of all, our no-chore checkout makes departure a little easier.



FIRST FLOOR - RELAX, GATHER & CONNECT

The bright, comfortable living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Settle into the plush seating, catch a favorite show on the Smart TV, or enjoy a movie night or family game night. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable, and a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, please let us know in advance so we can provide linens.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking dinner for the whole group. You'll have the essentials for preparing meals, kitchen bar seating for four, and a dining table that seats 10. It's an inviting space to gather over morning coffee, share a meal, and plan the day's adventures.

The downstairs king suite is a convenient option for guests who prefer first-floor accommodations. It features a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet, accent lighting, and a private en suite bathroom. A Graco Pack 'n Play is also provided for families traveling with an infant or toddler. Linens are not provided for the Pack 'n Play.

A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience, making it easy to refresh beach towels, swimsuits, and vacation clothes during your stay.



SECOND FLOOR - PRIVATE KING SUITES

Retreat to the spacious primary suite after a full day of beach adventures. Enjoy a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and private balcony. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double vanity, giving you extra room to get ready for the day or wind down in the evening.

The second-floor king suite offers another comfortable and private retreat, complete with a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, accent lighting, desk/workspace, and private en suite bathroom. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to relax or need a dedicated spot to catch up on work, this room offers flexibility and privacy.



THIRD FLOOR - BUNK ROOM & GAME LOFT

The third floor is designed for fun, making it a favorite gathering spot for kids, teens, and adults alike. The spacious bunk room features three bunk beds with four twin mattresses and two full mattresses, creating a dedicated sleeping area for your group. An electric fireplace, Smart TV, arcade games, and a foosball/pool combo table provide plenty of entertainment when you're taking a break from the beach.

You'll also find board games, puzzles, books, and darts for relaxed evenings indoors. Please note the bunk bed weight limits: twin top bunks are limited to 175 pounds, and the full top bunk is limited to 250 pounds.

The third floor includes a convenient kitchenette for snacks and drinks, along with a full bathroom. These added amenities make it easy for guests staying upstairs to enjoy their own space without needing to head downstairs every time they want a drink or a bathroom break.



PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK - PEEKABOO GULF VIEWS & SUNSETS

One of the highlights of The Salty Blue is the private rooftop deck. Take in peekaboo Gulf views and beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets while relaxing on the loungers or enjoying a meal around the outdoor dining table. Fire up the electric Blackstone griddle, gather around the fire pit, or challenge your group to cornhole or Giant Jenga.



BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

The beach is just an easy one-block walk from the house, making it simple to head out for a morning swim, return for lunch, and head back for sunset. You won't have to plan your entire day around getting to and from the sand.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in either of the two outdoor showers before heading inside. Beach toys and gear may be available depending on availability, so you can spend less time worrying about the little things and more time enjoying your vacation.



EXPLORE PANAMA CITY BEACH

Located in Lower Grand Lagoon on the east end of Panama City Beach, The Salty Blue offers a relaxed setting with convenient access to outdoor adventures, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly attractions. St. Andrews State Park is approximately three miles away, while Shell Island is accessible by boat. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is about six miles away, and Pier Park is approximately 10 miles from the home. Camp Helen State Park and Frank Brown Park are also within driving distance.



PARKING & EASY KEYLESS CHECK-IN

Private parking is available for up to three vehicles. Check-in is simple and convenient with a unique keyless entry code provided for your stay. Your code activates at check-in time for security and convenience.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire three-story home, including the rooftop deck, private balconies, and indoor and outdoor amenities.



FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES

Traveling with little ones? The Salty Blue provides a highchair and Graco Pack 'n Play. Please bring your own Pack 'n Play linens. Smart TVs and ceiling fans throughout the home, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, help everyone stay comfortable and connected throughout your stay.



EARLY CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Early check-in may be available depending on availability, but it is not guaranteed and can only be confirmed on the morning of your arrival. Late check-out is not available, so please plan to depart by the scheduled check-out time. Thank you for helping us prepare the home for incoming guests.



WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected weather can affect vacation plans. However, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations or trip interruptions caused by weather, natural events, or circumstances outside our control, except in the event of a mandatory weather evacuation.

If a guest requests a cancellation and a refund is issued, any payment-processing fees charged in connection with the reservation are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment.
