This bright and cheery beach themed cottage comfortably sleeps 6. In its highly sought after neighborhood, you will have access to the largest community pool on 30A and are walking distance to Rosemary Beach.

As you go up the front porch, you will be greeted with the key lime swing and pink doors. Their colorfulness matches the fun personality inside the home!

BRAND NEW REMODELED KITCHEN! The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Gather the family for a meal after a fun filled day at the beach! Sit around the large family style dining room table or one of the sea themed bar stools. The kitchen flows right into the open living room area. You’ll find this a relaxing space to watch your favorite team’s football game.

There are two king beds and two twins. The master suite has a large king bed with a flat screen T.V. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, a separate tub and walk in shower. There is also a huge walk-in closet for you to use as well! The master bedroom and the twin room both connect to the back patio.

The second king bedroom shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom. They both have TV’s and a closet too!

The spacious back porch will be your favorite spot for curling up with a good book or drinking a summer cocktail! Cutely decorated with vivid colors and comfortable seating, this will be your designated hang out spot. If you step out from the covered porch, there is a gated open area space to grill or play a game like cornhole!

Beach Info: To get to the beach, you will see a sign for the tram out front. Call the number and a tram will pick you up and drop you off at the beach. Wristbands are needed for pool/beach access and the colors change weekly. The HOA says guests need to call their number and security will drop them off when guests are in the home. Someone from your group will have to sign for them to receive them. They will drop off parking passes as well. We will provide you the number in the check-in instructions.
