Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire space. A separate/different booking may be booked at the adjoining space (Sea Salt House 1) at the same time. The backyard is large and potentially both parties could use it at the same time. Please respect each other's privacy.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

For your safety & security purposes, we have ring cameras outdoors installed.

Additional rules
○ Person booking must be an occupant and provide us with an image of a valid state/government ID in order to access the door code for this property
○ No more than 7 guests are allowed to stay at this property.
○ If you need an early check in, you will have to book the night before
○ Note that the top twin bunks have a weight limitation of 150 lbs.
○ No smoking/vaping on the premises or indoors ($2500 fine applies for extra cleaning & services)
○ Parking is for 2 vehicles only
○ No RVs, boats, trailers, or large equipment is allowed to be parked without permission - contact us for details
○ Do not park in the front yard
○ No fireworks
○ No horseplay in the house or on the furniture
○ We will charge for any damage to the property, house or furnishings
○ 10pm-8am are quiet hours. Please be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We have wonderful, friendly neighbors and wish to maintain a great relationship.
○ No shoes in the house
○ You agree to pay for any damages you cause to the home
○ This is not a party spot; Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit.
