Four covered terraces, two with unobstructed Gulf views, invite you to sip morning coffee with the sunrise or toast the sunset over the water. The paved driveway offers ample parking and leads to a charming stained-glass entry.
Inside, the first floor features an oversized air-conditioned garage with elevator and interior stair access, along with a cabana-style guest studio complete with full kitchen, Queen over King Bunk, ensuite bath, and direct pool access—perfect for extended family or friends. The second floor hosts three additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus a convenient laundry room. 2 bedrooms feature KING beds and the 3rd is 2 queens with 2 twin bunks on top. On the third floor, an open-concept living area is framed by expansive picture windows that showcase the Gulf. The gourmet kitchen, with premium appliances and a breakfast bar, flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces for both casual and formal gatherings. This level also includes a King Suite Master Bedroom
Outdoors, you’ll find a built-in gas grill, fenced pool and hot tub, and alfresco dining space, ideal for embracing coastal living. Located next to the iconic Thomas’ Donuts and just down the street from Carousel Supermarket, Soulara Cove is also minutes from Pier Park’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment, with Scenic Highway 30A only six miles away.
*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.
The entire house is yours!
Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in. Kept around 86-88 degrees unless the temps drop to the 30s .
Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee
Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. . Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee
Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security desposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.
No smoking of any kind indoors
Dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs, and under 50lbs each. There is a $200.00 pet fee.
The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
