This agreement outlines important house rules and helps us provide the best experience possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link via the booking platform to sign the agreement. After it is completed, we will send your official booking confirmation email with all the details you need. ✔ Travel insurance is NOT included in your quote. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
✔ We do NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard ONLY)
✔ Pool can be heated between September 1st and April 30th.
✔ Beach chair set up includes year-round beach chair service by Surf and Sun Recreation and includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas.
✔ There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the front door of the home. There is also a camera that is mounted to the southeast corner of the house near the pool area that overlooks the boardwalk and the vacant lot next door.
