Golf Cart Rental: Available for $125 per full day and must be rented for the entire stay. Check-in and check-out days are free and included with your rental. The cart may be used on neighborhood streets to access the beach but not on Front Beach Rd. or Hwy. 98. Rental is completed electronically through DocuSign and takes about 10 minutes.

Fire pit: Wood can be purchased at Publix which is just a short 5 minute drive.

Gas Grill: The gas grill requires a propane tank, if you use it all, please refill. If it is out upon your arrival, please take it to Ace Hardware to exchange it for a full one, it is approximately a 10 minute drive.

Thank you for considering our home for your stay. To ensure a seamless experience and maintain our property to the highest standard, please review the following guidelines.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

A rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest within 48 hours of booking (or immediately for instant bookings). The agreement outlines the terms of the stay and house rules. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until the agreement is completed.

You will be able to choose between:

A refundable security deposit, or

A non-refundable damage waiver

This process is required for compliance and protects both guests and property.

HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted indoors.

NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
The primary booker must be at least 25 years old and must stay on-site during the reservation. Only guests staying at the property are allowed to be at the property.

NO GLITTER OR TAPING DECOR TO WALLS
Glitter is extremely difficult to remove. Guests will be charged for additional cleaning.

QUIET HOURS
Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
A noise monitor is installed to ensure neighborhood peace (monitors sound only, not conversations).

COMMERCIAL USE
Photography, filming, or commercial use requires prior written approval and fee.

POOL USE
Follow posted pool safety rules. For your safety, do not tamper with pool equipment or breakers.

TRASH DAYS
Trash is collected Tuesday and Friday mornings. The company will pick up the trash from it's current location, just outside the garage.

AMENITIES AND SAFETY

SMART TVS
Available in all bedrooms and living areas. Please use your own streaming logins and log out before departure.

SECURITY FEATURES
For your safety, the property has a Ring Doorbell . No interior cameras.

CHILD SAFETY
The home is family-friendly but not fully childproof. Please supervise children around the pool, tubs, and household items.

PLUMBING CAUTION
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Guests will be responsible for damages caused by improper disposal.
