This inviting 3-bedroom accommodates up to 8 guests, offering a variety of bed sizes and a queen sleeper sofa. With 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, everyone’s comfort is ensured. At this centrally- located beach home will be close to everything. Just three minute drive to public beach access 24 to the beautiful sugar coat sand and emerald ocean. Plus, three minute drive to all popular local restaurants, shopping, amusement parks and the Zoo World.

Our high ceiling, open floor plan and upgraded lighting switch to dim your desired lights will make you enjoy a first-class experience. The open concept living room kitchen and dining table makes it easy to enjoy each other’s company. The living area has a 65-inch smart TV, games and comfortable sleeping sofa with modern decor. Enjoy complimentary WIFI, Netflix and IPTV throughout the house. The kitchen has fully stocked appliances, Keurig, toaster, blender, waffle maker, first aid kit, touchless faucet, and three high stool bar seats. The dining area has a table that has seats six.

Retreat to the master room and be greeted by a comforting king-sized bed. Relax and unwind while watching late-night shows on the flat-screen TV, walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and vanity just steps away from bed, creating a blend of convenience and comfort. The other two guest rooms share a bathroom. The first feature has a bunk bed room including a twin over full and smart TV. Second feature is a queen comfortable bed. After long beach days, all guests will find a comfortable and peaceful place to recharge each night.

You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
