The home boasts outdoor Adirondack loungers and an amazing fire pit, perfect spot to cozy up after a long beach day. Great for families or couples! Sleeps 8!

▶2nd Floor Highlights:
- Primary bedroom - King size bed with an attached En Suite. The shower here is a 'Must-See!'. Large sleek glass-enclosed shower with double vanity and seating area. Additionally, you can step out onto the private balcony attached to the main bedroom and soak up some fresh air.
- Guest bedroom: The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and shares a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
- Bunk bedroom: The third bedroom is a cozy bunk bedroom with two full beds.

- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.

▶Minutes to the Shore:
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive, .9 miles away) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for two cars. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
