Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Gute Lage. Perfekt um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Das Personal ist sehr net und hilfsbereit. Einzelner negativer Punk: die Klimaanlage, die 24/7 aufgrund der sehr Höhen Temperaturen im Sommer (bis 47 Grad), laufen soll und die ziemlich laut ist. Mit Ohrstöpseln ist es aber kein Problem.

Unsere Lieblingsstadt mit gutem Hotel
QAu unserer Rundreise durch den weesten der USA hatten wir Palm Springs nur als Zwischenziel eingeplant, um nicht so lange an einem Tag fahren zu müssen. letztlich stellte es sich als unsere Lieblingsstadt heraus. Auch mit unserem Motel sind wir sehr zufreiden gewesen. Besonders das personal hat uns gut beraten und dazu überreidet einen Ausflug am nächsten Morgen in die Berge zu machen, das sicxh gelohnt hat. Die Stadt ist sehr schön und es gibt viele kleine Restaurants, in die man vor der Hitze fliehen kann. Ebenfalls bieten die Berge einen guten Schutz (mehr als 40 Grad im Tal, oben nur noch um die 20 Grad) und der schöne Pool des Hotels. Auf jeden Fall sollte man den kostenfreien Bus in die Stadt nutzen, um sich am Abend ein Bier gönnen zu können.

Gute Lage unweit Innenstadt
Wir waren für eine Nacht während unserer Mietwagenrundreise im Knights Inn Palm Springs untergebracht. Das Hotel befindet sich ca 10 Gehminuten vom Einkaufsviertel am Palm Canyon Drive entfernt und liegt auch direkt an diesem. Man kann viele Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Auto zur Palm Springs Aerial Tramway gefahren um auf den Mt. Jacinto zu gelangen. Dort ist ein ausgedehntes Wandergebiet vorzufinden. Von den meisten Zimmern des Hotels hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge westlich von Palm Springs. Das kleine gemütliche Hotel mit seinen 26 Zimmern auf bis zu 2 Etagen wird durch ein freundliches indisches Paar geführt und ordentlich in Schuss gehalten. Zum Hotel gehören ein Außenpool mit Whirlpool, eine kostenlose Waschmaschine sowie Parkplätze. Die Wohnbereiche sind durch zusätzliche Türen, die man nur mit Zimmerkarte öffnen kann, gesichert. Wir hatten das barrierefreie Zimmer Nummer 22, mit sehr großem Badezimmer mit Wanne und Pflegeprodukten wie Seife und Shampoo. Das Zimmer hatte ein Queenbett, 2 Nachtschränkchen, einen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Lowboard mit LCD-TV, einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle sowie Kaffeemaschine. Es war alles sauber und funktionierte. Das einzige Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit der Räume, die man nur mit Gehörschutz umgehen kann.

Zentrales Zimmer in Palm Springs CA mit Pool
Habe mich da 10 Tage über Weihnachten und "Neu Jahr" einquartiert und war direckt überascht. Es würde täglich gesäubert und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Ist mir zu diesem günstigen Preis noch nie passiert. Der Poolboy kam mindestens alle 2 Tage, war aber auch ofters weg und hab ihn vielleicht nicht gesehen. Es war also wirklich sauber dort und es war eine Mikrowelle und ein Kühl/Gefrierschank im Zimmer. So war man nicht gezwungen ständig essen zu gehen. Kleinigkeiten standen zur Reperatur an die aber nicht irgend eine Funktion der Wohnqualität gestört hätten. Wen sowas also nicht stört, kann sehr günstig und sehr gut dort schlafen. Had a nice 10 day jurney over Chritmas eve and new years eve in that hotel. I was surprised of the daily cleaning and towel exchange. That happend never bevore to me at that price category. So it was realy clean there and the room had a micro wave plus a refigerator with a freeze. I could prepare some food there and didn't have to go for dinner each day. There had to be some small things to ment but they didn't disturb any fuction of staying there. You can sleep there realy good for that price.

Nicht ganz zentral aber mit Auto kein Problem.
Ich habe mir das Hotel ausgesucht, weil ich sehr auf mein Budget achten muss, und das einfach gepasst hat. ich habe mir nichts erwartet und wurde somit sehr positiv überrascht. Das Pärchen, dass die Anlage betreibt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Leider gibt es nicht wie meist überall eine kleine kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und die Besitzer haben mich nicht darüber informiertt, dass sie in der Früh bei der Rezeption Kaffe, Tee und Croissants anbieten. Aber trotzdem ein netter Service. Ich kann das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, der wür wenig Geld etwas nettes sucht.

The place is completely outdated with very old furnishings, decor. It was obvious that no money was spent on updating the place. Areas of dry wall were patched but not painted. The shower was tiny, with the oldest tile I have ever seen. The pool and jacuzzi looked green, the stucco cracked all around the outside pool area. When the attendant gave us the room key , she asked for us to return the little paper packet the room key was in. That little paper placket had been used before, as there was whiteout on the previous room number. I would never stay here again.

HIDDEN GEM!!! If you're looking for a nice, clean, welcoming and charming place to stay without paying resort fees or parking fees, then stay at Adara! First, I was greeted by one of the owners who was as nice as could be. Check in was smooth, fast and friendly - what hospitality should be. You can tell that your comfort during your stay is actually important to her and it's such a nice change from the hourly employee at the chain hotels. The property is vintage - as you would expect in Palm Springs! And it's kept in nice condition with the grounds neatly landscaped and rooms appointed with standard equipment which you'd get up charged for at most places. Parking lot as well lit and property has a very safe feeling. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. You could literally eat off the floor! So if you want boutique charm with staff that truly cares in a price range that won't break the bank, you won't find any better than Adara. These people know hospitality and it shows throughout in every detail. So if you're on the fence, trust me on this one -you won't regret the decision to stay here!

Very disappointed with our stay. Room and bathroom were large but had zero ventilation. Bathroom fan and light didn’t work. Nothing would dry because there was so much moisture in the air. Towels were horribly stained and had holes in them. There was no maid service still because of the pandemic the sign said. Pool heater was not working so it was unusable. Bedding also had holes in it. Expected more from this hotel chain.

Room smelt like pure bleach . I Got out the shower and reached for a towel but noticed one towel was black from what appears to be oil from a car. Front desk staff didn’t say a word when checking me and my wife in.

We stayed here for the 2nd time on accident. No improvement noted since first stay. Jacuzzi was dirty (my husband brushed it) probably due to lack of use/attention. We had dirty marks on our sheets when we arrived to maid had to change the sheets our. Bath towels are too thin and small. Lots of potential here but missed the mark. Could be a more "boutique" feel but has work needed to take it to the next level.
