There was good and bad about this property. The location was great, the majority of the appliances worked well, it was very well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. When we checked in there were 5 light bulbs burned out and cobwebs in the corners, dirty baseboards and mold in shower. The dining chairs were broken and the paint was chipped on the cabinets. The unit is in need of painting. The shower knobs were loose and did not work. The owner did send over a handyman and cleaners the next day and most of these things were dealt with. Over the course of our stay the washing machine broke and took almost 2 weeks for repair (works well now) the breakfast bar granite came loose and needed repair (well braced now) the cable didn’t work and the Wifi/cable boxes had to be replaced (works well now). The dining chairs were also replaced by the owner after a couple of weeks. All in all if the unit is painted and cleaned deeply it should be good for future guests. The Resorter is a wonderful place and the owner was responsive each time something went wrong but the unit was definitely not ready for long term rental at the start.
