If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 6% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments.

Pets are allowed - it is $175 per pet per reservation.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.
POOL HEATING: A $1,500 deposit will be collected after you book. At the end of your stay we will send you the gas bill and the remainder of the deposit.
**By City of Palm Desert, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city.
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement after booking (contract).
4. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
5. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Desert. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
- Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the fire pit, hot tub, and grill when not in use.
- During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
