With quality cookware, spices, and coffee provided, slow mornings and meals at home are part of the pleasure.

Extend your mountain stay with a dedicated loft workspace featuring natural light, views, dual monitors, and a USB-C docking station. Starlink internet supports remote work, while quiet corners offer space to focus.



Outdoor Winter Living

Take in the winter landscape from the large deck or watch for wildlife from the comfort of the cabin. On clear nights, step outside for mountain air and stargazing away from city lights.

A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Guest Access:

Enjoy private use of the cabin, deck, hot tub, and surrounding 8-acre property. Winter snow and ice may limit use of outdoor areas.



The Neighborhood:

Sunbeam offers a peaceful mountain setting with room to slow down and enjoy the scenery. Spend your days skiing or exploring Pagosa Springs, then return to quiet surroundings and expansive views.

Restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries are approximately eight minutes away by car in normal driving conditions.



Getting Around:

• Approximately 45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area in normal driving conditions.

• Allow extra travel time during winter weather.

• 4WD is required to access the property in winter conditions.



Other Things to Note:

• 4WD is required in winter conditions. Please plan your vehicle accordingly.

• Up to two dogs are welcome at $75 per dog.

• Dogs must remain downstairs.

• Outdoor areas may be snowy or icy during winter.

• The cabin does not have central A/C; a portable unit and fans are provided for warmer weather.
