„Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top. “

„It was an awesome house that has literally everything you need . The host was incredible and even set up a kennel for my dog which came in so handy . Nice front porch with Mountain View’s. It was in walking distance of everything . “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations suited us perfectly. 3 things to bring to your attention: downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut, we used a washcloth around the door when we shut it to keep it in place. Also downstairs bathroom the towel rack under window came loose so we just put in on the window sill. Upstairs king bedroom the lamp shade was loose and would not tighten. These issues did not effect our stay, just wanted to let you know.I would highly recommend this ...

„Very pet friendly, host Chris is friendly and accommodating. The Barn was clean, cozy, really the right amount of space for us( a couple and dog). The area is beautiful, the stars are plentiful and the river access is very relaxing with the sounds of the water. “

„Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen ...

„I can’t say enough good about Sarah the owner/manager! She is so kind and right on top of anything you may need! The place was absolutely beautiful! The Mountain View every morning never got old with my morning cup of coffee! We will definitely book next years Pagosa vacation with Sarah. “
