Space to Spend Time Well

Enjoy a relaxed evening in the inviting living room, with comfortable seating and a big-screen television for movie nights. A separate playroom gives younger guests a space of their own, stocked with toys, books, games, and an Xbox.

Kitchen & Dining

The generously equipped kitchen makes cooking together part of the occasion, whether you’re preparing breakfast before skiing or taking your time over dinner. Previous guests have described it as a chef’s dream, appreciating the space and equipment for preparing meals at home.

Outdoor Living

Return from a day in the mountains to a soak in your private hot tub. When weather allows, gather on the deck for a grilled dinner or step outside to enjoy the wooded surroundings and mountain views.

The large fenced backyard offers space for children to play. Deer, wild turkeys, and foxes occasionally pass through the neighborhood, adding to the pleasure of watching the landscape.

A peaceful wooded setting offers a welcome place to return after exploring Pagosa Springs. Spend winter days at Wolf Creek Ski Area, enjoy a soak in the downtown hot springs, or take a scenic drive through the surrounding mountains.

In warmer months, nearby lakes and trails offer hiking, biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. However you spend the day, the home invites you to slow down and enjoy the company you came with.



Getting Around:

• Approximately 3.5 miles to Turkey Springs hiking and mountain-biking trails

• Approximately 6 miles to downtown Pagosa Springs and the hot springs

• A vehicle is recommended for dining, shopping, skiing, and exploring the area

• Allow additional travel time during winter weather; trail access varies by season

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.

• No pets allowed.

• Central heating and a fireplace provide comfort during colder months.

• Ceiling fans and a portable A/C unit are available for warmer days; the home does not have central A/C.

• Snow and ice may affect use of the deck and backyard during winter.

• Wildlife sightings are occasional and cannot be guaranteed.
