The main floor is thoughtfully equipped with three bedrooms. One king master suite, one queen suite, and another guest bedroom with a king bed and a guest bathroom in the hall. The home comes with a full washer and dryer, ensuring your convenience is a top priority.

This property is conveniently located in the Uptown area which will take approximately 10 minutes to reach downtown, 40 minutes from Wolf Creek, 1 hr. from Durango CO.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
