„Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year.“

„Great location close to UT Austin and downtown, with no need to get on the interstate, plus easy access to northeast Austin. Stylishly designed, adequately stocked and good communication with hosts. Property was quiet and walkable to local eateries. Parking is tight but ok, there are stairs so pack light. If there is a game at the adjacent stadium, be prepared for traffic and congested street parking. Great stay. Will stay again. “

„This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn.“
