„I had very noisy neighbors and the walls very pretty thin. Could not sleep till they left at 2:30 am. Did not see that i booked cabin style room (shared bathroom in hallway instead of own bathroom). Did not like this type of room. Location close to downtown is very useful. Rooms clean and personel friendly.“

„I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!“

There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault.
