„We showed up late in the evening after a major storm and a huge power outage for Austin (35k customers without power). Cell coverage was spotty and access to the internet was almost non existent so we couldn't access our check in process. One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning. „Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. “

„Not only was the view of downtown Austin from the roof of the building magnificent, but due to the unit being where it was we also had a great view from our balcony porch area. The lady that checked us in showed us upstairs, went over everything with us and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. „Love everything about this place. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean, communication with the host was pleasant and fast. Stayed here for the Formula 1 race weekend for a dad's only trip and wasn't disappointed. Plenty of space to sleep for a handful of adults, with beds, pull-out couches, air mattresses even, everywhere. I imagine this could be perfect next time I bring my family.
