Excellent property in Ormond beach with easy beach access, wonderful wrap around porch with ocean view. Condo is as pictured and very updated. Close to downtown where we went to an art festival and the kids took surf lessons. Host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend and stay again at this property.

We had a great stay here! Very nicely updated condo. Plenty of space. Great view from the corner balcony of sunrise and morning surfers. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The beach is very easy to get to and not very crowded. The building is close to plenty of good coffee places, grocery and restaurants. While the building may be dated, it seems to be well maintained and this condo is brand new.

Very relaxing stay

This condo is exactly as described. It is very spacious, clean and has all the kitchen tools - dishes, cookware, bakeware you will need. The living room couch is huge and comfortable. The wraparound deck is very nice, the pool is clean and the beach is right outside the back of the building. There are beach chairs and towels for your use. The free parking is a plus - an underground garage VERY low clearance - is nice. Donna is a prompt and friendly communicator. The area and the building are very quiet and it is easy to get to Daytona. Check in is a little wonky - you go in the building to the unit, grab the garage door opener, then have to go into garage to unload (no going through the lobby with suitcases etc) and then fill out a form to take to the office.We would definitely stay again
