Ormond Beach is a quieter beachside town, home mostly to full-time and seasonal residents. It offers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still being just a 15 to 20 minute drive from most of Daytona Beach's popular attractions and events.

This spacious beachside home sits just a block from the beach, about a 6 minute walk, making it the perfect spot for your next getaway. It was recently remodeled to be fully accessible, with flush exterior entrances, wide doorways and hallways, a fully accessible bathroom and an accessible kitchen with accessible height appliances and counters.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright formal living room with relaxing furnishings. The family room offers plenty of seating to bring everyone together, including a sleeper sofa and a mounted TV. Next to the family room, the remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Its counters and appliances were thoughtfully designed at a height that works for guests using mobility devices while still being comfortable for everyone else. Just off the kitchen, the dining area is ready for family meals.

When you're ready to recharge after a day of fun in the sun, head to the home's 3 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a TV and an attached, fully accessible bathroom with an accessible height bidet and toilet with grab bars. It also includes a true roll-in shower with grab bars, designed to be comfortable for guests with and without disabilities, with both a fixed standard shower head and an accessible height handheld shower head. The second bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo sits between the two guest bedrooms. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

From the family room, step outside to the screened patio to soak in the Florida sunshine and breathe in the ocean air. With a covered grill, cozy outdoor seating and a convenient pass-through window and counter to the kitchen, it's perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The private back and side yard offer a beautiful paver pathway with more outdoor seating, plus a handy hose area on the side of the home for rinsing off sandy toes and beach gear.

Please note that while you may see some fencing in the listing photos, the yard is not fully fenced, and the fencing shown belongs to the neighbors.

This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (dogs only), with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. The pet fee for the duration of the stay is $250 for one dog or $400 for two dogs. Because this is an optional fee, it is added after booking and will not be shown in your online quote.

This home does not include access to the garage, but up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
