Use of Amenities

* The BBQ grill and pool heater are available for an extra charge and
must be requested in advance: BBQ grill has a one-time fee, and
pool heater requires a minimum of four consecutive nights booking.
Contact at least 5 days in advance for these requests.
* Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at least
48h in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.

Food and Supplies

* All food items will be removed after guest check-out as per Florida
law. No prior supply of condiments or coffee powder will be
provided.
* Starter supplies such as dish sponge, paper towel, dish detergent,
trash bags, small bar soap, toilet paper rolls, and extra rolls are
provided for convenience. Guests should purchase additional
supplies as needed.

Penalties

* Additional charges may apply if rules concerning trash disposal and
amenity use are not followed, resulting in the need for extra
cleaning or repairs.
