Parking:
• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway plus 2 vehicles can park on the street. Parking is also available at the clubhouse. Please note: the garage is not available and heavy-duty vehicles are not permitted on this property.
Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.
Resort Access:
• You're provided with complimentary access to the Solana Resort.
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 6pm, year-round.
The Neighborhood:
Located at the Solana Resort - one of the most desired resort communities in all of Davenport area! Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. The pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. If you’re feeling active, there’s a beach volleyball court, a recreation field, mini-golf, and a climbing area for older kids, plus a play area for younger ones. Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge with a widescreen TV, a fitness room, free WiFi, and a games room with arcade games. The clubhouse also offers a helpful concierge service for advice on local attractions and Disney ticket sales.
