Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. The king master suite comes with its own bath featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom offers a king bed, the Harry Potter themed room has 2 twin beds, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed. Every bedroom is fitted with a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Outdoor living
The oversized pool anchors the private backyard - sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area fill out the space for full days spent outside. Fire up the BBQ grill for laid-back patio meals, or simply float and unwind. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Nearby lake access, bikes on-site, and free parking on the premises round out the outdoor perks.

Game room & living spaces
The air-conditioned game room - converted from the garage - brings serious entertainment indoors: arcade games, a pool table, a foosball table, board games, life size games, and exercise equipment all share the space. The main family room has a smart TV, ceiling fan, and easy flow to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the cooking basics keeps meals simple, with a dining table ready for the whole group.

Family-friendly features
Families are genuinely well catered for here. A children's playroom and outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces, while a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and babysitter recommendations take care of the practical side. The Harry Potter themed room and life size games add an extra layer of fun for kids of all ages.

Essentials & home comfort
Single level living keeps the layout easy for everyone. Washer, dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep temperatures comfortable year-round. Two exterior security cameras are present - one at the front and one at the back - neither faces the interior of the home. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on-site.

Resort & local access
Guests have access to nearby resort facilities and a laundromat close to the property. A dedicated workspace and wifi make it easy to stay connected if needed. Self check-in via smart lock, long-term stays, breakfast provided, and housekeeping available at an extra cost add flexibility for every type of stay.
