Schöne Anlage
Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Zimmer war nicht bereit, als wir gekommen sind. Personal am Desk könnte freundlicher sein. Man muss Checkin Desk zu einem weiteren Desk, um das Auto zu registrieren… überflüssiger Prozess, könnte beim Checkin machen

We have been coming here every year, sometimes twice a year, for the last 12 years. The family atmosphere is the best. It's safe, clean, friendly. Even the guests who choose to stay here are always wonderful. Wouldnt stay anywhere else!

Felt safe since it's gated, located in a very convenient location, surrounded by shopping and dining options. The hotel unit was very clean and fully equipped, very satisfied. Maybe the unit was so deeply cleaned, when we first opened the door, a strong chlorine smell present. My daughter had a very bad allergic reaction during the stay, not sure if it was due to the chlorine. Bed was very clean and comfy. The toilet suction was very strong when flush, got woken up when other units flush their toilets.

The property was nice and clean, the pools were nice and clean. The only dislike I have is when it’s time for housekeeping to come, they come once a week. When housekeeping came I was showering so they couldn’t get in due to lock on door. Normally housekeeping will come back to see if someone is there so they can clean and they didn’t. When I call for housekeeping to comeback to tighten up they said I will have to pay a fee. I don’t understood why I have to pay when they was supposed to do there job.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Our suite in building 14 was beautiful and was spotless clean. The only complaint i have is the annoying timeshare "lizards" that you are forced to encounter at check-in. I was prepared for them this time and i told them to save their breath became i was not interested, and to just give me my parking pass. After some heated words and arguments back from the lizards, i went back across the lobby to check-in and got my parking pass there, which i should have been able to get there in the first place. Bottom line here is that no one should be forced to have to deal with those bottom feeders who as i told the desk clerk , are lower than an alligator's belly. In fact comparing them to an alligator is an insult to the poor alligators.
