I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the photos online were misleading — the actual property looked nothing like what was advertised.
The first room I was given had dirty linens, visible dust, and a dead bed bug on the bed, which was extremely disturbing. There were used toiletries left on the sink, coffee stains on the floor, and stained towels in the bathroom. The room also reeked of smoke despite me booking a non-smoking room, which was a serious issue as I have asthma.
I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in these conditions, so I requested a full refund and sought a room elsewhere. Although a staff member named Shadayna was helpful the next morning, the damage had already been done. I had to leave the hotel because it was simply not habitable.
This experience was unacceptable — the cleanliness and overall quality fell far below even basic standards. I hope the hotel seriously improves its housekeeping and accuracy in advertising, as no guest should have to deal with this.
