Fully renovated and full of color, the interior of your stay is arranged in an open concept. Tune into your favorite TV shows and movies from the comfort of the living room's plush seating. Prepare delicious dishes amidst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. And when you need a moment of peace, head for one of the four bedrooms, equally comfortable with their Disney-themed mementos, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning. There are two primary bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The interior perks don't end there though! Also inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer, cable, and internet access.

Things to Know
Regal Palms has a daily resort fee of $25+ tax to use the amenities. Parking on Napoli Drive is $10/vehicle per day. These fees are paid on-site at the front desk upon arrival.
Commercial vehicles, campers, trailers, mobile homes, boats, and recreation vehicles are not permitted in the community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
