Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Step through the door and the vacation already feels underway: a single-level layout that stretches out instead of up, a screened pool and spa glowing just beyond the sliding glass, and enough room for everyone to spread out after a day in the Orlando Area parks. With four bedrooms, seven beds and three bathrooms, this villa is built for groups who want space of their own and a backyard worth coming home to.

Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites anchor the home, each with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and private ensuite bathroom. The primary suite opens directly onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room set up for kids, with two single beds, a smart TV and ceiling fan. For extra sleeping space, the family room has a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.

Living space & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is where everyone ends up - a 65-inch smart TV, pool table, arcade games and life-size games keep rainy afternoons and lazy evenings covered. Every bedroom and the family room also come with smart TVs loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video and standard cable, so there’s always something on. Families traveling with little ones will find a children’s playroom, board games, and toys sorted by age group, plus a crib, travel crib and high chair already set up.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in rather than eating out every night - a GE refrigerator, dishwasher, Samsung electric stove and single oven cover the basics, while a Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer-style smokeless indoor grill, blender, toaster and hot water kettle round things out. Cookware, dishware and barbecue utensils are provided, and a charcoal, electric or gas BBQ grill sits ready on the patio for cooking outdoors. Sit down to meals at the dining table, or take coffee out to the patio in the morning.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms serve the home, stocked with hotel shampoo, conditioner and body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer and hot water throughout. The primary suite’s bathroom features a rain shower and bidet.

Outdoor space
The screened, private pool is heated-optional and open all year, 24 hours a day, with a spa alongside it for guests who’d rather soak than swim. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make the patio an easy place to spend an afternoon, and with central air conditioning and ceiling fans inside, you can move between indoor and outdoor comfort all day long.

Resort access & location
Guests can make use of free resort access nearby, including a shared gym, sports courts and a fishing lake with path or dock access. A playground on-site gives kids more room to burn energy, and the Orlando Area puts the theme parks within easy reach for day trips.

Work & everyday comforts
A dedicated workspace in the common area and fast WiFi make it simple to get things done between pool days. The home also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron, a drying rack, a walk-in closet plus additional closet and dresser storage, and room-darkening shades for easy mornings and good sleep. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost should you want a refresh mid-stay.

Safety
Two exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property (none face indoor spaces), alongside smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Pets are welcome here, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can settle in on your own schedule. Whether it’s a family reunion or a group trip built around the parks, this single-level villa gives everyone room to gather, unwind, and make use of a pool day whenever they like.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
