Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).
Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the Mickey-themed room delights younger guests with two single beds and cheerful décor. A queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the family room provides additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. You’ll find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a blender, toaster, and smokeless indoor grill for easy meals. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for complimentary use, with propane and electric options also on hand. Gather around the dining table to share home-cooked meals or casual breakfasts before heading out for the day.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
