Your screened backyard retreat features a private outdoor pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional fee - a welcome option on cooler Orlando-area evenings. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area make the patio easy to settle into, while a gas BBQ grill is on hand for cookouts. The pool is cleaned weekly, and a skimmer is provided for guest use - additional cleanings can be arranged for an extra charge.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, bread maker, baking sheet, wine glasses, and all the cookware and utensils you'd need for a home-cooked meal. Two four-seat dining tables give the whole group space to eat together - or spread out for a game night.

Complimentary Wi-Fi (170 Mbps) is provided throughout, though occasional outages may occur due to weather or service conditions. A dedicated workspace with a private door is available for remote work or study.

The home includes a full-size washer and dryer in-unit, an iron and drying rack, a crib and pack 'n play for the youngest guests, a standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, board games, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a Ring doorbell, and exterior security cameras. Self check-in is available via lockbox, and housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Four driveway spaces plus free street parking mean there's room for the whole group. Lake access is also available via a path on the property. The home is pet-friendly - assistance animals are always welcome.
