Cypress Pointe 3-bedroom unit offers a spacious and comfortable stay for families or groups.
Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The unit includes two bedrooms with king beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a living area equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 8 guests.

The full kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker, perfect for self-catering needs.
The dining area provides ample space for meals, while the living area features additional seating around the TV for relaxation.

Most units also boast either a patio or balcony, providing extra space to unwind and enjoy the resort’s surroundings.
For those with accessibility needs, features include grab bars around the toilet, in the shower, and a bench in the shower with a handheld showerhead.

Located in Orlando, Florida, Cypress Pointe Resort is nestled in the heart of the tourist district, offering easy access to Walt Disney World® Resort and other theme parks.
The resort itself is equipped with amenities such as a mini-market, massage therapy treatments, an activities department, and an outdoor pool, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and entertainment.

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $20 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Daily resort charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access, shuttle service to select theme parks (Disney, SeaWorld and Universal); mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard); barbecue equipment; PressReader.

Prior to Check-in:
Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. Due to limited parking spaces, no R/V, trailer or oversized vehicles are allowed.
This resort does not have elevators. There are 3 floors in each building.
