Other details to note:

Pool Heat cost: $45/day. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date, or we may not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for a minimum of 3 days.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.

BBQ Grill is not available.
