This 4 bd. 3 ba. townhome has all the comforts of home; located at Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Just minutes from Disney World and other attractions. Upon entering the townhome you will find a full guest bath just off the foyer, with entry into a 1st floor bedroom. Open concept Living, Dining, & Kitchen. Fully furnished includes: Round glass dining table (4 chairs), couch, loveseat, end table w/ lamp, coffee table, and a entertainment center w/ flat screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen; all appliances, cook/dish/silver/glass wares, toaster, & coffee maker are all supplied. Breakfast bar with 2 chairs. Stackable washer/dryer is provided in the laundry closet located in small hall between 1st floor bedroom and dining room.
Upstairs you will find a linen closet, another full guest bath, and 3 more bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 First Floor ~ 1 Queen, double nightstands w/lamps, dresser, TV, & walk in closet.

Bedroom #2 & #3 ~ 2 twins, nightstand w/lamp, dresser, & closet.

Bedroom #4 Master ~ 1 King, double nightstands w/lamps, dresser w/vanity mirror, mounted flat screen, & walk in closet w/ safe for storing valuables. Master bath has a vanity counter & sunken tub/shower.

Free WiFi, Local and long distance phone calls are included anywhere in the US, Canada & Puerto Rico.

Towels and linens are included in the home but there is NO maid service; as this is a self sustaining rental and is cleaned only upon departure.

Please be aware there is a mandatory $20 per home (per night) resort fee payable at the front desk on arrival.

Please be aware that our house is let on a self catering basis.

There is a starter pack including for your arrival:
1 Toilet roll in each bathroom
1 Dishwasher tablet
1 Sachet of washing detergent
1 Trash bag in each trash can
Guest Soap in each bathroom
1 Roll of Paper towels

But you may need a few domestic items while you are staying at our home, such as shampoo, extra hand soap, washing-up liquid, additional toilet roll, trash bags etc.
Towels (not pool towels) and sheets are all included with the rental.

Resort Fees of $20 per townhome per night stay will be collected at check in for access to Gated Community and Amenities! Front Desk is open 24 hrs.

The gate is monitored by a Guard 24 hrs for access assistance. 4 BBQ areas complete with charcoal grill are strategically located around the community (1st come basis, no rental needed).
