The home offers two guest bedrooms on separate levels, making it an ideal setup for two couples, a family, or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy.

The main level, which you enter directly from the front door, features a king bedroom with a 55” Smart TV and a ¾ bathroom conveniently located across the hall. This level also includes the beautiful main living room with a 65” Smart TV, updated kitchen, sitting and dining areas, plus a dedicated office space with a built-in desk and shelving—perfect for remote work or extended stays.

Downstairs, the queen bedroom is located on the daylight-basement level and is partially below grade, with another ¾ bathroom directly across the hall. This level also features a separate family room with a 65” Smart TV and an in-home fitness room, giving guests plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful multi-level decks showcase the home’s unobstructed waterfront setting and remarkable views. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all three Smart TVs allow guests to sign in with their own streaming-app credentials.

This is a true waterfront property with multi-level decks and direct proximity to Budd Inlet. For safety, guests may not enter the water from the property. Children should be closely supervised on the decks and anywhere near the waterfront.

As a nearly 100-year-old Craftsman, the home has wonderful historic character alongside extensive modern updates. Guests may notice some of the charming quirks that come with an older home.

The downstairs queen bedroom is on the daylight-basement level and is partially below grade.
