Hotel maravilhoso, corresponde exatamente as fotos no site. A ilha é grande o suficiente e oferece bastante opções de lazer. Tudo muito lindo e limpo. Funcionários agradáveis e sorridentes, dispostos a ajudar a todo momento. Opções de almoço restritas para quem não está no all inclusive. Os preços de bebidas e refeições a parte muito alto. No pagamento final são adicionados 22% de taxas. Então se uma coca custa 10 dólares no cardápio, vc pagara 12,20 dólares no final. O mesmo para os passeios de barco: se o preço informado for 100 dólares, vc pagara 120,00 no final - e esse pagamento a mais não é informado. Existem restaurantes a la carte que tem que ser pago extra, mas só funcionam para o jantar; no meu caso, que o jantar era inclusive(half board) mas o almoço não - esse sistema incomodou, pois estaria disposta pagar a la carte para o almoço (que não era incluído), mas teria que pagar justamente para o jantar (que já estava incluído) - prejuízo duplo. Recomendo os passeios, embora as opções de mergulho no próprio hotel (em frente ao Dive Center) oferecem uma diversidade incrível: tartarugas, arraias, tubarões, moreias e uma infinidade de peixes maravilhosos. Imperdível a visita das arraias a noite no DiveCenter. A experiência de hospedar nos bangalôs em cima da água é única e os peixes também podem ser vistos (principalmente a noite) em frente ao seu bangalô! O translado do aeroporto por lancha em 45 minutos é tranquilo!

We were there to celebrate our 5th anniversary and had a wonderful holiday. It was a very calm and quiet place for a getaway. We stayed in one of the Grand Water Villas with private pool. They decorated our room on our anniversary day, gave us a beautiful cake, a bottle of red wine and a bucket of fresh fruits and organised a lovely candle light dinner for us which was a nice gesture. Housekeeping was top notch. All the hospitality staff had a welcoming smile on their face. We enjoyed free Kayaking, watching marine lives and ofcourse the their mouthwatering multi cuisine buffet foods. Highly recommended for anyone whoever wants a memorable holiday!!

We had the best beach villa upstairs. Room 151. I think the only better villa was next door with a little pool. We got the breeze & it was a heaven, like the aircon. It was very hot, so we were thankful. Amazing, huge outdoor bathroom with privacy wall. Outdoor shower, & bath. Bed was very comfy. By far the best was our houseboy, Noor. He was brilliant, a master at towel art & decoration. He would come twice a day to clean & make or turndown the bed. The buggy service to reception or other islands was great. Runs every 10 minutes. Farnoza & CJ at reception were wonderful. Misa at the jewellery store was lovely and gave us exceptional prices. The girls and guys at the spa were excellent. The Thai & Indian restaurants were to die for. The resort is so well run, when you get bored, explore two more islands, unless you have kids, one island is adults only. They have different restaurants and pools. The water-sports are second to none. The main restaurant on our island was a fabulous all you can eat buffet. Did the 1/2 board cause we only eat twice a day and it was enough for us. Yogesh, Francis, Ravi and the chefs and waiters are great. The resort even have guys that clean the seaweed off the beach multiple times a day so its always pristine white. Nothing is too much trouble. The only improvement is if they had an ATM for USD. Reception can only give $100/day. Beware the giftshop. Hair care and sunscreen are expensive. I paid $68 a bottle for shampoo & conditioner.

The water villa experience was ultimate. However, this is not value for money spent for a single day visit and don't get time to enjoy the lavish morning breakfast the next day as you have early morning boat transfer.

My wife and I stayed at 3 different properties in the Maldives. Sun Siyam Olhuveli's grand water villa was definitely the most modern and the deck was the most spacious. It is an expansive property made up of 3 islands which may not be to everyone's liking. They have golf carts going from early in the morning to late at night so it is not a problem. We stayed on Dream Island. If we went back we would stay on the adult only True Blue Romance Island. You can still walk from Dream to True Blue in less than 10 minutes and use the adult only pool which we did daily. The staff is friendly. Big shout out to the waiter at the pool Pradeep. He made our stay at Olhuveli one to remember.

First I want to say the staff is very rude. We went for our honeymoon and it was almost ruined. Shuttles will not stop for you. Even when it’s pitch black at night they expect you to walk around the huge resort site. They are constantly saying no we do go to this area when it’s on the same resort. My husband wanted to jet ski and was given a hard time. We stayed in a over water villa and the beds were so hard. I would wake up literally in aching pains. Breakfast staff is great in sunset bar but other places where buffet will not restock the buffet and if you ask for something the answer is no. The speedboat ride was very scary. However, the property is clean. Can drinks are $6.00 in the room. Food is poor we could only eat breakfast and sometimes the pizza bar. The resort is beautiful we just made the best out of it. Also, we did enjoy our honeymoon dinner provided at island pizza.

The staff was very friendly, whether it was room service, restaurants or reception. Very friendly. I have to say that once we were in are room, it was very confusing on how to book activites or reservations for meals. The excursion that we took was for snorkeling and it was literally a 20 minute boat ride, 25 minutes of snorkeling and 20 min ride back. That was disappointing. All inclusive should include more that 25 minute snorkle excursion. Food wasn't what i thought it would. Should be more seafood.

My husband and I traveled here for our honeymoon and we had the most amazing time of our lives. The island is absolutely breathtaking and the staff goes above and beyond to cater to all your needs. Our host, CJ was absolutely phenomenal. He organized so many incredible things for us and was always such a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Maldives. I spend WEEKS researching the best property and I can assure you NOTHING beats this property. It has props and everything needed for perfect photo shoots and is incredibly romantic. They also have things for kids to do as well! Overall it’s just amazing.

滞在の2ヶ月前くらいに問い合わせのメールをしたが返事がなく、かなり不安になり、電話をしましたが、電話で無事に対応いただき、また1ヶ月をきったあたりに返信メールがきました。なので、メールは少し時間がかかるかもしれませんが、対応してもらえます!! 到着してからは素晴らしい時間でした。お部屋は広いし快適だし、食事も毎日テーマが違って楽しめました。子ども連れでベビーチェアがなかったりテーブルセッティングがされてない席だったり細かいことはありましたが、小さなことなので許容範囲。 海も素晴らしいし、スタッフもお客さんも優しい!ビーチもヤドカリやカニ、魚もいて楽しめました。帰国pcrもホテル内クリニックですぐでした。 お値段がワタシ的にここがかなり安いのも助かりました。

This is hands-down the *best* vacation experience I've ever had. Everything from check-in to departure went without a hitch. You don't have to worry about anything at this resort; upon arrival, the reps were at the airport to help with our speedboat transfer, so no being hassled by taxi drivers like at other destinations! There is a wait for other guests from other flights; fortunately we didn't have to wait too long. Check-in was a breeze, the staff were super welcoming, the Deluxe Water Villa was beautiful, and every meal at the buffet was delicious. Lots of Indian options which I was very happy about. We did the all-inclusive which was very well worth it. Drinks were great and service was immaculate. Honestly no need to pay for the ala carte restaurants since the buffet was more than adequate. Check-out experience was great also; we left out bags in the villa upon check-out for the staff to collect. Our flight was late in the evening and the speedboat to the airport was at 7pm, so were about to enjoy the resort for the remainder of the day (tip: there is a shower in the bathrooms at the Lagoon Bar, so we were able to clean up before our late flight). Special shoutout to Khaled at the Sunset Restaurant, who was so nice and made our visit very special. Told myself that Maldives would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip due to the cost, but we loved our stay so much so we will definitely be back to this resort!

O atendimento é péssimo, e muito cuidado com as pegadinhas, o all inclusive deles não inclui a maior parte das bebidas e só pode ser consumido nos bares, não pode nos quartos. o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, bem fraco, tinha um crédito de $50 dólares por pessoa no SPA, quando fizemos a reserva pelo Hotéis.com pela minha categoria Rewards, os mesmo se recusaram a fornecer o crédito dizendo que não tinha. Reservamos café flutuante por $120 (o que já é um absurdo sendo q nossa estadia já incluía café, só não era no quarto) e nos cobraram $140 dizendo q o preço subiu, tínhamos 2 reservar em quartos diferentes o checkout era as 12h e só nos deixaram entrar no outro quarto as 14h, não nos deixaram almoçar no dia da troca de quarto, pegamos quarto com piscina que a mesma estava cheia de manchas no fundo, a luz de fora não ascende e só fica piscando, e o pior o caráter dos funcionários mentiroso, que teve a cara de pau de dizer para sua supervisora q nos avisou q era $140 sendo que quando fizemos a reserva ainda mostramos a imagem com o valor de $120 que estava espalhada pelo hotel, só nos deram um cartão para entrar no quarto, após a limpeza fomos voltar para o quarto e esse mesmo não abria a porta, e a recepção é extremamente longe dos quartos, acho q deveriam ser mais maleáveis principalmente considerando os preços das estadias de mais de 3mil reais e principalmente rever seu quadro de funcionários!

Please allow me to highlight few points: Spa credit: Since you have booked two separate reservation from two different platform with two different meal plan, there is a possibility to have misunderstanding, based on the time you ask. Thus this could have been the case. We are looking in to this to understand further. Floating breakfast: I do agree that we have changed the prices from 1st November onwards with different reasons. However from the advertisement it was not changed. Thus I can see that a discount was offered for you. Check in and check out time: It is standard time we follow on the island as well as internationally. However we always try our maximum level best to minimize the waiting time as it very much depends on villa availability. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and we are taking your feedback very seriously. Please be rest assured that corrective measures are in placed. We stayed in a Grand Water Villa on the Dream Island side of the property. The room and views are spectacular and modern. While the amenities on the older side of the island are great, the rooms did not look so good (at least from the outside). During our stay in the Maldives, we stated at Atmosphere Kanifushi, Oblu Helengeli and Olhuveli. While Kanifushi was the most upscale, we like Olhuveli the best because there were so many different great places between the 2 islands and the lagoon in between. Helengeli was a bit disappointing and needs some updates.
