The staff was extremely rude especially the man. He threatened me after I decided to extend my stay by a night and I had to split the payment on two different cards because they charge an additional fee for pets which is fine but I didn’t have the second card physically with me. When they were running my card the symbol for Apple Pay came up on their machine so I thought no problem I’ll just use my Apple Pay to pay the other portion and it’s a non issue. The lady that was also working argued and danced around the topic of them not having Apple Pay available and I explained I didn’t have my physical card with me and she said she could take Venmo but when I opened Venmo it wanted me to do an identity verification which I also explained to her. I told her that I could Apple Cash her the $10 so that if would be paid and I wouldn’t have to worry about it since she was willing to take Venmo but she wasn’t willing so I told them that I had to be going to run some errands and that I would get some cash on my way back but I wasn’t certain of what time I would be back. The man that was working actually told me that I had better pay and “not make him come up there” (to my room I guess). The property is infested with roaches and other weird looking bugs. The room was not clean on arrival the floors had a heavy residue and left our socks disgusting. The ac leaves the room sticky and humid like a swamp cooler and the front of it is not actually mounted properly. Never again
