Gameroom - a separate gaming space with billiards, foosball, arcade games and a 50" Roku TV. Don't forget a picture with our neon sign!

Living Room - large sectional, chair and ottomans for seating, 50" Roku TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan. Check the friendly robot for games!

Dining Room - large table with seating for 8 (additional seating in the kitchen), buffet stocked with a Keurig, starter pods, coffee grounds, mugs and stemware

Kitchen - additional table and seating, granite counters, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. Slow cooker, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, utensils, baking pans, pots, skillets, knives, kids plates and cups, towels, stemware, and more! (Booster seat available.)

Master Bedroom - gorgeously designed, comfy room with king bed, 50" Roku TV, celing fan, dresser, lamps, full length mirror, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, iron/board, closet with hangers. This room also has a designated work space with small desk.

Master Bathroom - large shower, new vanity with granite counter top, hair dryer. We provide hand soap, some toilet paper and all towels!

Bedroom 2 - a vibrant, luxe room with two queen beds. Enjoy a 50" Roku TV, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, closet with hangers, full length mirror, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and benches.

Bedroom 3 - this bedroom, with two queen beds, also comes with a 50" Roku TV, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, closet with hangers, full length mirror, dresser, nightstand with charger, lamp, and benches. For any children in your group, this is where they will find some fun toys like stick ponies and books!

Hallway Bathroom - located directly between bedroom 2 and 3 for easy access! Large mirror and granite top vanity, tub/shower combo and storage for toiletries. We provide towels, hair dryer, some toilet paper and hand soap.

A full size washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement.
