„The house was clean-ish. There were no obvious issues, but everything felt and looked tired and worn. Communication with the owner about a later check-out was impossible because of a series of automated responses. We asked several days in advance for a later check-out (but after check-in). All we received were automated replies to make the request on the day of check-out. We did that, but never heard a response.“
