„The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. “

The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play.“

„Beautiful property in close enough proximity to everything in PEC. Two beautiful porches and luscious lawn for hanging out. We were an extended family group that used every bed and it was wonderful. Lots of separate spaces for people to hang out, amazing dining space with a farm table that can easily seat 15 people, functional kitchen (2 fridges!), laundry. Access to water (not for the faint of heart!) if needed, although narrow rocky shoreline. Highly recommended - this is my second stay, and ...

This is a quiet and tranquil space that feels far away and secluded but only 20 minutes away from Picton making day trips easy and enjoyable.Great cottage for families to stay. The second bedroom having 2 sets of bunk beds. Overall a great stay and the hosts were pleasant and knowledgeable of the area as well!“
