„I had booked two rooms in July 2026. Both had moldy smell in them. Even the hallway leading up to the rooms had that smell which hits you instantly the minute you step out of the elevator. „Great location with a fantastic view of the bay. Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it. Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim). Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted. Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage.“
