Schritte zum Sand! Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem Pier und dem Hafen. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants und der Innenstadt von Oceanside. Große Haupt- und Nebenschlafzimmer / Badezimmer und zusätzliches (kleineres) drittes Schlafzimmer. Erstaunliche Ansichten von der Küche, vom Wohnzimmer, vom Vorlagenschlafzimmer und vom Balkon! Fully equipped flat with all inclusive. Great view from the terrace. Oceanside is a lovely place with a long promenade Nice and calm neighbours Just a little bit too busy early in the morning when the local cleaning forces do their best to keep the beach tidy. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone. Many thanks to Mindy who is a super friendly and helpful landlord.

Mindy’s spacious condo on the north end of the Strand in Oceanside was the perfect location, easy beach access, downtown shops and restaurants (highly recommend Craft Coast Beer & Tacos!) all walkable, and the views from the deck were amazing - from people-watching, breathtaking sunset views, or just relaxing listening to the waves of the Pacific Ocean, this place has it all! The condo was very clean, secure, and we loved that each ample sized, comfy/cozy bedroom had its own full bathroom, with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) in the storage units in the garage, which was secure and convenient to access.Pre-arrival communications were excellent, and Mindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Both check-in and out instructions were clear and helpful. We stayed a week (not long enough!) and this was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced and will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. The 2 secure parking spots was a bonus. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The deck was a tad small for our group (4 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect. The home is showing its age so don't expect sparkling new but would recommend this rental any time.

The perfect beach stay EVER. The location to the beach, pier, harbor etc is PERFECT. We had our own courtyard with a locket gate so our littles couldn’t escape, we had a dreamy deck to watch the waves and the sunset and we all had plenty of space! We also loved grilling at sunset while watching a movie. Such a kid friendly space. We will definitely rent again!!

Had a wonderful week at this very pleasant VRBO. House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable . It had everything a family would need from beach chairs, toys, dvds, games and full kitchen supplies. We will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect about our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The gated courtyard made us feel safe and the parking was beyond convenient. The view was spectacular and the property itself was immaculate and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to town or the harbor.

We loved our time at the condo. The place is very well taken care of and you can not beat the location. Wish there was a shower in the 3rd bathroom, but we knew about it before we went. We have stayed at many places in Oceanside and this was by far the best stocked for the vacationer. The only con I can come up with is needing a door on the masterbath. Otherwise, a super place and super people to work with.

We had a lovely stay. Mindy was great to work with and she was quick to respond to our questions. The condo was located right across from the beach (small one way road to cross). It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked, making us feel like we were in our own home. It was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Mindy, we had a fun time!

Amazing location. Spacious and clean. Very welcoming and responsive to questions. We loved staying right across the street from the sand and the waves. One of our highlights was visiting the Thursday sunset market, which happens every week and is within walking distance from the property.

This is a great property with an excellent location between the harbor and the pier as well as being close to many restaurants. It was very well appointed with an amazing kitchen that was well stocked. It was very private and very quiet. Mindy was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our family! With all the conveniences of home, we were able to enjoy our time together! This was our second year in a row staying at Mindys. We love the location and close proximity to the beach and pier. The house is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for our yearly week at the beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops, and check out the murals and architecture in the growing town of Oceanside! We hope to make it a yearly tradition and continue to enjoy the amazing views from the house.

We love our summer time in Oceanside!! Wish we didn’t have to head home. New attraction this time was the Oceanside Rock Garden at the traffic circle on Surfrider and The Strand. We spent time making a contribution and loved it! Mindy and Bob’s place has the best views and we love it!!!

While pictures may paint thousand words, pictures and thousands of words here are not enough to capture the perfection of this home, its location, or the care and communication of the owner. With so much to do and much of it within walking g distance, my family and I encourage you to explore the shops, take in the tastes of the local restaurants (The Flying Pig, The Local Tap House, Johnny Manana’s, Angelo’s, and Swami’s some of my favorites), enjoy walks along the beach at all hours, take in the pier and some fishing off it (no license required $8 an hour pole rental), the marina is a short distance away (boat, wave runner, and kayak rentals) with more dinning options, and be sure not to mush Thursday’s farmers market. I could go on and on, but hey, just book a week and check it out for yourself.
