THE VIEW
UUnit D-15 is considered a desirable unit at North Coast Village. It has been recently updated and offers oceanfront views from multiple rooms. The unit is located on the ground floor and is the only beachfront unit with no entry steps and two walk-out patios overlooking the beach. On clear days it provides views of Catalina and San Clemente Islands.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Experience a newly renovated kitchen featuring new quartz countertops and custom tile backsplash. It is equipped with top of the line appliances including a low-decibel Bosch 800 series dishwasher. If you decide to cook and/or serve food in the unit, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, slow cooker, toaster, cookware, and bakeware. Salt and spices are provided for your convenience. Enjoy your meals either indoors or outdoors, with dedicated dishes for both settings. The indoor dining area can accommodate 6 people at the table and 3 at the counter, while the outdoor seating includes a back table for 6 and a side table for 4.
The outdoor dishes are made of break-resistant plastic and acrylic, including a coffee set with a thermal cafe for those who want to relax and enjoy their morning coffee while watching the waves.

LIVING AREAS
Feel at home in the beachy living room with new furniture including a leather swivel chair to enjoy the views. The entertainment system comprises a 65” flat-screen Smart TV with DVR,Wi-Fi, and 250+ channels of cable are all included. A new fully adjustable gas fireplace with lights and heat blower for those cooler beach nights gives the room a cozy ambiance.

SLEEPING
The updated master bedroom is designed for relaxing. From the bed or the comfortable leather swivel chair you can hear and see the ocean! This bedroom is spacious and has a 42” flat screen TV, and a small desk or vanity area.
The second bedroom is cozy with a queen-size bed and bunk beds. It is next to the second bathroom. Keep the bedroom doors open with magnetic door holders to feel the ocean breeze through the whole condo or shut them for more privacy.
BATHROOMS
The bathroom in D15 features a private bath with a separate vanity area and walk-in shower with dual shower heads.. The guest bathroom is equally thought-out, featuring a tub/shower combo.

-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
- Pack N Play & High Chair for those traveling with little ones.

-A full suite of beach gear with all the needed equipment for a magical beach vacation, including 4 boogie boards, 6 beach towels, sand toys, 1 beach umbrella, a wagon, and 4 beach chairs
- The unit comes with an assortment of games, ping-pong paddles with balls, and foosballs for the tables in the rec room.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Perfect location

This property is perfect! The host has renovated and furnished this propert with very tasteful decor that is perfect for a family. With twin one year olds and a three year old there was plenty of room for everyone. The location can’t be beat, there isn’t another property on the sand in Oceanside. I hope we can stay here again!

Beach getaway

We usually stay at North Coast Village once or twice a year but haven't been able to come out because of covid for awhile. Staying here at D15 was just what we needed! Beautiful remodeled unit! Clean and comfortable with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! Couldn't be any closer to the waves- in fact because of high tides they crashed over the backyard wall ! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the back and side yards of the property. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Spring Break Getaway

3 generation Family time spent in a beautiful, cozy, comfy condo front row on the beach. Kitchen recently upgraded. Top of the liine appliances. I loved the countertops. We spent afternoons and evenings sitting overlooking the beach while the kids were at the heated pool and spa or playing on the beach. This corner unit also offers a great opportunity to people watch up the beach plus so fun watching the surfers. I cannot leave out the awesome sunsets. Everything was perfect

This is our 4th time to this location and 3 rd time in this property. Conni is the new owner and she has done a remarkable job upgrading the entire place. The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is so much nicer with new appliances and dishes. She truly cares about your stay and was available and responsive for any need. She even called several days after our trip to check on my husband who had stepped on a stingray the last day we were there. I hope everyone that stays will take good care of the property. Beauty on the Beach

Conni maintains an amazing property. It's location can't be beat right on the ocean, next to the sand. Each night we would go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and eake up each more to the sounds of the ocean. Conni has stocked the condo with everything you could need - zip lock bags, spices, cleaning supplies, many towels, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Furniture is comfortable, beds are terrific, and outside, there are even two chaise lounges (I didn't see them anywhere else on property!). Thank you, Conni, for the wonderful week!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Gorgeous property and location. We loved the corner unit with views west and south. I also loved that we were located right on the beach without any cars driving in front (like many places on the Strand). The owner has made some upgrades from the photos we viewed and it was lovely. The unit was clean and bright and gave us a true beach vacation feel. The beds were very comfortable. This property is located close to many restaurants and businesses in Oceanside.

We enjoyed the condo and it’s prime location. Through no fault of the owner’s, the beach was torn up out front since they were dregging the harbor. Heavy equipment operated throughout the day off and on. The TV in the living room did not work the entire time even after the owner responded promptly by sending over a technician. No luck. The internet was down for 2 days. These 3 issues were frustrating, but I understand things happen. The condo was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.

Annual Retreat

We have rented this unit for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed! The location is ideal for going out and about O'side as it is between the O'side Harbor and the Pier, close to downton for all the activities. Blissful Beach Retreat

As advertised! This condo on the beach in Oceanside (a laidback California destination) is comfortable, clean and convenient. The owner is highly responsive and the property is beautifully maintained. Would love to visit again!
