THE VIEW
Enjoy lofted ocean and beachfront views from either of your two balconies. The lower area is larger with a dining table and grill, perfect for enjoying family meals and taking in the views of the Oceanside pier to the south. The upper balcony off the Master suite is smaller and ideal for couples wanting to relax in the sun or sip their morning coffee watching surfers in the morning waves. You can also enjoy the view from several windows inside, and you are just a hop, skip, and jump from placing your toes in the sand.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen was just remodeled and features beautiful quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and brand-new appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. It also comes with some additional luxuries such as a wine and beverage fridge, electric corkscrew, and wine aerator. The dining area has seating for 6 people. There are also 4 additional spots at the counter bar for younger guests or quick bites. For those times you want to dine outside there is a full dining table with seating for 6 on the balcony off the living room.

LIVING AREAS
The main level living area is comfortably furnished with brand-new furniture that provides enough seating for 6. Enjoy relaxing on the large sofa or sink into the oversized armchair at the end of a long day experiencing the beach. There is also a large 60-inch flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick in the living room that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. YouTube TV is also included on this tv for those wanting to watch their programming in real-time. The fireplace is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

Upstairs you will find a loft living area that features a sofa sleeper and ottoman, and a large flat-screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. There is also an Xbox in the loft for those that love to game. Just bring your own games or log in to your game pass to enjoy.

The condo has 2 ½ bathrooms, all of which have been beautifully updated and remodeled with a luxury feel. The master bath is ensuite and features a large, custom-tiled, walk-in shower and dual sink vanity with built-in plugs. The guest bath is located in the upstairs hall and also has a custom-tiled walk-in shower with a single-sink vanity. The half-bath is located on the first level next to the laundry.

SLEEPING
This condo comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable Queen size bed, Firestick TV, Keurig coffee maker, an extra large wrap-around closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features a full and a twin bed with a large double closet, dresser, and desk for those needing to do work or school while away. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the loft living area where there is a queen sofa sleeper.
