Classic Southern California 1939 beach bungalo offering comfort and access to all the best coastal Oceanside and Soutern California attractions. Oceanside has great weather, amazing eateries, and is very walkable. Soak in some sun at the beach, see the west coast's longest wooden peir, or the sea lions at the Oceanside Harbor, or relax at home with the barbeque, a cold drink and the ocean breeze. This home offers the perfect retreat for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Southern California.

O'Side is The O’riginal SoCal Beach Town. It’s where wide sandy beaches and historical landmarks come with a side of street art and world-class culinary talent. Walk or Cruise less than 1 mile down Mission Avenue or Civic Center Drive to Downtown Oceanside and the Beach. Easy walking and freeway access to all of Southern California's greatest attractions.

Oceanside Transportation Center (train, bus, light rail) within one mile, or by car. Coaster and Amtrak (rail service) to all the west coast attractions.

STR Guest Responsibilities
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking
spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available.
No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent
properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two
people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be
10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and
10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the
Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

Beautifully Accommodated Home

This was a cozy beautiful accommodating home. It had everything me and family needed. It was closed to the beach and to everything. The property manager Paul was easy to communicate. Cozy

Furniture and beds were comfy. The house offered everything we possibly could’ve needed for our stay including some toys for our three-year-old. Relatively quiet if you’re inside, but close to the freeway so there is noise. We didn’t walk to anything in the neighborhood, but drove a couple miles toward the ocean where there were many wonderful coffee shops, icee cream, restaurants and things to see and do. Overall, a nice home to spend the night.

Great backyard for dogs! Cute cabin

We traveled with our two dogs. Hard to find a great place for them like this. Really appreciated the beautiful back, front and side yards. Even had a doggie door. Could park in the enclosed yard. SoCal Cottage

This cottage is cute and very clean inside out. The kitchen is well equipped with new/clean appliances and units. Living room is very cozy and enough room to just relax and watch tv. The backyard is well kept with so much privacy (screen and plants). So much space for my dog to run around. Gate and parking access is a plus. Location is close to everything, beach and pier is a few mins away. Paul and Kathleen were great hosts. Looking forward to future booking. Thank you!

Spotless, well-equipped home

The place was spotless and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The fenced in yard was perfect for letting our dog out. As others mentioned, the area is not great but we didn’t have any problems. We just didn’t take our dog for walks in the neighborhood. And there is a lot of traffic noise but you don’t hear much once inside so it wasn’t an issue. It was a short drive to the nicer part of town and the beach. And the freeway is right there so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go. The ac was a lifesaver as we went during a heat wave. There were fans as well so we were able to keep things comfortable throughout our stay.

Super Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here so I could attend my GIA lab in Carlsbad. At first we were a little nervous driving up to the address. But once we were inside of the gated property we were happy. The property is clean and well kept. The inside was everything we needed. Would stay again! Definitely!

Easy check in & out. Beautiful place, it felt like home. We had a blast with the games and fire pit with our Marine. We will definitely be back for sure. Hidden Gem mins from Ocean

You would never know this corner of heaven was hidden behind all the lush plants and flowered gates. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen was fabulous. Everything you could need and even things I forgot were provided in the cabinet. The outdoor space was our big hit. We loved the citrus tree and banana trees and nice fire pit area. All the beds were comfy and the best part was the cozy soft blankets and having a fan in each room. This was only my 2nd time renting thru vrbo but I hope they are all awesome like Paul’s listing. He was a fantastic host as well. Left us s’mores stuff & delicious bottle of wine for my daughters birthday. We will definitely book again in the future!

Bang for your buck!

Clean, modern, two bedroom one bath home. Has a fenced patio to hang out as well as fenced yard for dogs to roam. Kind of a rough neighborhood but we had no trouble for our week stay. Trash cans were taken out too which was nice. Other than needing a new couch, property worked great for us! Fully stocked for all your needs and host is great!
