The first floor features a spacious living area and a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that seats 8, along with an additional bar-height table that seats 4. A queen bedroom with a private full bathroom is also located on the first floor, along with another full bath, a half bath, and a washer and dryer for guest use.

Upstairs, you’ll find a king bedroom with futon, a double queen bedroom with sleeper chair, and a loft area with a daybed for additional sleeping space. The second floor is accessed by stairs only, and there are no bathrooms upstairs.

Smart TVs are available in living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and the loft. Ceiling fans are located in the queen bedrooms, main living area, and kitchen. Portable fans are also provided in the loft and king bedroom for additional comfort.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the owner’s closet located off the back deck.

There are three attached shed/garage spaces with separate exterior doors. The middle shed is available for guest use and includes beach chairs, a wagon, and outdoor games such as cornhole. The remaining shed/garage spaces are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

The home is not childproofed and may not be suitable for very young children without close supervision.

Please note that the wooded area behind the home is not part of the guest space.

For security purposes, the property is equipped with two exterior cameras. One camera is located in the driveway facing the main/front entry area, and a second camera is located on the rear exterior of the property facing the backyard/back door entry area. These cameras are used solely for exterior security and monitoring of entry points. There are no interior cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request depending on the cleaning schedule.
