„Our stay here was just what we were hoping it would be! The house was very roomy and accommodating for all 10 of us. My only complaint would be that you get parking for 4 cars, two in the garage and twin in the the driveway, BUT there are large heavy boxes laying on both sides of the garage making it VERY tight for two cars and very hard for you to be able to get in and out of the car. If these boxes would be moved to the backside of the garage or moved all together I think the 2 cars would have ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for us. Having a bedroom on the first floor was a need and this home has two! The owner was extremely communicative and generous with our check in and check out times. The screened porch was a favorite relaxation space and there was lots of wildlife to watch. Deer, many different birds, squirrels. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.“

„This place was perfect for our family beach trip. The drive to the beach was not far at all. The grocery store was close as well! The house was great and we loved everything. We didn't have any issues with anything and look forward to staying again! Only a couple family members used the pool once so I can't truly review that. We had plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owners answers all of my questions prior to our vacation and were a pleasure to work with!“

„We've stayed in several houses in BTD for our annual golf trip, and this one was great! Perfect size, had all the amenities we needed and a 5 minute drive to the clubhouse. Jaclyn was very responsive to my questions, and allowed us to check in before our Thursday round which was very helpful! Also loved the Penn State touches, given that many of us were either grads or PSU parents. I'd definitely recommend this rental.“

„We had a great week in Bethany. Nice accommodations. Short drive or bike to the beach. It was nice to come back and enjoy the pool after the beach. The townhouse was nicely decorated and stocked with what we needed. Only issue was the grill was too small to grill on for 10 people.“

„Me and the girls stayed here again after visiting back in December. The house and furniture is CLEAN! The kitchen is well stocked, bedding was clean and towels were fresh. The water pressure and temperature in the upstairs bathroom improved significantly!! This is our go to place! Note - There are dogs that have stayed here so if you have allergies chose another place - my daughter sneezed and itched all weekend as a result. Hard to find a place that is pet free all year round.“

„This house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a large fenced in yard. We were in the area for a wedding, and having a home base close to the wedding venue was important to us. Our dog settled in quite nicely. It is a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. The house could use updating, as it appears to be an 80s house, but we were happy with the quietness. I had initially given the house a 5 star review when we first arrived, as it appeared to be clean, just old. The floors really need to be mopped. ...
