Welcome to sunny Florida! As a tropical and humid environment, we share our space with a variety of creatures including insects and small wildlife.

To help keep your stay comfortable, we ask that you help us by keeping screen doors and windows closed when not in use.

We have regular pest control services to minimize any potential for unwanted guests, but due to our unique location surrounded by nature you may still see occasional insects like ants, spiders, or mosquitoes.

We do not offer refunds or discounts for encountering bugs, lizards, or spiders as they are a normal part of being in Florida.
