Private 1-Zi. Suite mit kompletter Küche & Waschmaschine

Enjoy a private and comfortable 1-bedroom unit designed for easy living. The space features a full kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, and in-unit washer and dryer—ideal for longer stays. Bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, it offers a true home-away-from-home feel. Located in a quiet residential setting within a multi-unit property, best suited for guests who value a peaceful and respectful environment. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Guests have full access to the entire private unit, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer.

The unit has its own private entrance for independent access. No spaces inside the unit are shared.

The property includes multiple units, but your space is fully self-contained. This is a private unit within a larger property with other attached guest units. While your space is fully private, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and respectful of others to maintain a peaceful environment.

This is a furnished residential home designed for extended stays rather than hotel-style accommodations. Guests are expected to handle normal day-to-day upkeep during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped; however, we recommend light cooking and ask that guests avoid heavy cooking or strong odors out of consideration for neighboring units.

A starter set of essentials is provided upon arrival. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional consumable items.

For stays of 30 nights or longer, a brief monthly walkthrough may be scheduled with advance notice to ensure everything is functioning properly and to support a comfortable stay.
